Day Visit Program
The Day Visit Program packages are available to schools,
agencies, groups and families.
OMF programs including the Day Visit Program are designed so teachers can work towards
Benchmarks for the state regulated CIM/CAM (Certificate of Initial Mastery and
Certificate of Advanced Mastery) for their students.
How can my group attend the Day Visit Program at Old McDonald's Farm, inc?
- Call to make an appointment.
- Complete the entire Intake Form (PDF).
- Make check out to "OMF" for the entire amount.
- Mail completed Intake Form and Payment to: OMF at P.O. Box 326, Corbett, OR 97019.
- Have parents sign the OMF Permission Slip for each student in your group.
Copy as many slips as you need for each of your students.
- Please bring the permission slips with you when you come. Students will not be
allowed to participate without OMF’s signed permission slips. Thank you for your understanding
in this area.
A hundred years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, the
sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove... BUT, the world may be
