What to bring?
Dress in appropriate “farm” attire (tied on sturdy shoes or boots, coats, long pants, etc.) and for the weather. No sandals, open-toed or open-heeled shoes allowed. Corbett is generally colder than in town. Each student is to bring well-fitted, work gloves and a well-fitted, riding or bicycle helmet. Due to insurance restrictions, all students must wear long pants, sturdy shoes, gloves and helmets in order to ride horses. Please help us to ensure the success of your student by equipping him/her appropriately. Please make prior arrangements if you need help acquiring any of these items. Students may bring shorts to change into later. Students also need to bring their own healthy, cold lunch each day. We would prefer that you do not send soda pop or candy with the student. They will need hearty, healthy breakfasts and lunches to get them through the long, fun, farm days. Thank you for your understanding in this area.
